Sometimes we’re on plan for weeks, eating PFC every 3, exercising four to five times a week, and then bam, life throws us a curve ball. What do you do? Do you stop shooting for your goal? No, you continue on. A baseball player’s goal is to get a hit every time at bat. He doesn’t stop trying to get a hit when thrown a curve ball. He makes adjustments with his swing to get that hit.

We too, must make adjustments. Maybe you’re not on plan for all of your meals, maybe you’re only exercising two days a week. When life settles down, you’re back on plan every day. When confronted with an obstacle, we may have to change our direction but we don’t give up on our goals.
